I did the fine brown Prisila from Suipacha 921 last night and it was total GFE with DFK and BBJ which she never did for me before. Day 1.

Decide that if Julieta and her sister are at Ness that it is party time. Well, my luck has run out. No Julieta or lady who is obviously her sister so I decide to call it a night.

OK OK so it was a buddy pass from a considerate fellow monger and I had to wax my carrot for two days in the Atlanta airport and one day in another airport. The only really frightening thing was that the Atlanta airport doesn't serve beer until 1 PM. It was still business class (at least to and from Atlanta to BA) and do you know how much free booze I can drink in business class? Food was pretty good too. Several of the flight attendants, who are primarily there for my safety, were cute and one even actually gave me a woody. There was one homosexual but even he wasn't a flaming homosexual like I usually see on United. And, the ass width of all the Delta FAs put together didn't equal one American FA. Yes due to seniority, all the deep SA, Europe, Japan flights are staffed by dinosaurs with expanded luggage compartments! Expept a buddy of mine who is normally the 1st class purser, but has 15 yrs seniority. By contrast fly an asian airline that has no union rules and notice all the nice pretty young lasses! I know this is not on topic, but I don't know where to post. I will be in Mendoza in September and was reviewing the on-line version of one of Mendoza's newspapers, Diario Uno. I am back and happy to report that I survived 10 days with my hooker friend, being together virtually non-stop, and it went pretty well. Almost everybody else got off the bus in Liniers. 99% indigenous people on the bus, some speaking in what I think was Quechua. Didn't sound like Guaraní. Lots of small children, which surprisingly we did not encounter on the other segments. Much better behaved than American kids would have been, though.
After 8 days of intense mongering in Sao Paulo, my friend and I arrived at Recoleta in the afternoon. It felt like home! Around 9 PM, Jackson, Sil and few other friends met at my place and we all went out to dinner to Campo Bravo, in Las Cañitas. Outside waiting time was reasonable and we were offered complimentary wine while waiting. Resaturant was jam packed on a Saturday night. The food was great and most importantly there were a lot of eye candies. We all said good-bye to each other around 2 AM.
I was feeling very tired from all this traveling. So I wanted to stay in Reloleta and opted for Madahos. I was instantly disappointed with the collection. It may have something to do with Sao Paulo. The prices at these clubs are high. It seems they adjust to the American prices even though you get a great exchange rate. At the time I was there it was 291 to the dollar. At most clubs in this area, entrance was ar$30 ($10.00) The girls drink which was also there bar fine was ar$60 or $20.00. Most girls asked for ar$300 per hour.

I'll be in BA in January and wanted to find out how hot it gets. I know that it gets to around 90f in the days, does it typically get hotter than that? Does it cool off in the evenings much? How is the humidity. I grew up in Texas so some heat doesn't bother me much. I mainly need to know if I need to get a / c in the apartment that I rent or if fans will work ok.
I'd also like to find out if anyone knows about any public pools in BA. The last time I was there someone told me that the pools are a good place to go during the day, and I swim regularly anyway, so if anyone has any info on pools, maybe somewhere where the locals go, that would be great. I can fill you in on the potential there if I find a place to go.

A World Class Monger, Mickey Mouse, was "married" in Las Vegas Thursday.
Yes its true, having seen his post below I PM'ed the 'Mouse" hoping against hope I asked him to call me. Less than an hour later the Mouse ring my phone with the news. He and his bride were in a hotel room in Las Vegas on his lap top waiting for his airplane.

Thanks for all help.No, all of these areas (Nuevo Estilo is a club, not an area I know of) are neighborhoods in BA and they are all cheap rides awayfrom each other. Flores is a bit further afoot, but Palermo, Recoleta and MC are all short hops on cabs. It's helpful to get a map of the city to get your bearing get a Lonely Planet book to understand.
I am not, relatively speaking, the most experienced guy with the clubs, but the Recoleta places (Madahos, Black) generally charge for entrance, where the Microcenter places don't. I have never paid a fee to get into Black, but it seems that Madahos last I went charges everyone (being a friend of Jackson doesn't carry the weight it once did)
The only club that I have heard of where you have sex onsite is the club in Flores. Otherwise, you're taking out.

Places like Palermo, Microcenter and so on are just different sections of the city, like SOHO and Midtown of New York City. Most sections of Buenos AIres have a few places in each section so you can pick an area and work it for awhile. You should check out the section in this forum that has all the location of clubs so you can choose wisely. You can take the girls out with you and to your hotel or a hotel nearby which usually costs around 25-50 pesos for an hour or two. The girls know of local hotels in the area so don't worry about that part. Touts or whatever they are called are guys who will try to give you a card or direct you into there club. You can ask what is the story and they will "of course" say their girls are the best in the city. With the card they give you you usually get a free drink or three drinks with the entrance fee or combo of this. You can ask them can I take a quick look inside, and usually they will be happy to oblidge you. One or two places will insist on moneyfor entrance. Once in a while it doesn't hurt to go in have a drink and look around. When I first started my ***** mongering I just liked looking around and soaking in all the stares. Some places are high end prices such as Black and Shampoo, middle tier are Affaire, sodoma, places on Vincent Lopez and near Village recoleta (movie theatre / mall) or the cementary. There is the triangle of three places on Suipacha downtown. I think 921 Suipacha) All three place are lower tier around 150 pesos for one or two hours. I recommend starting here for a first timer to get your feet wet. Low pices, decent girls, and no cover charge. Most places need you to pay for one drink for a girl before you can take her out. These places are not high pressure at all. If a girl does approach and talk to you they will eventually ask for a drink but you can kindly say whatever you want and they will leave. DO Not settle! Many people will say try to bargain with the girls. I will not bargain over 30 0r 40 pesos ($15 dollars) come on. However you need to specify what you want to do with the girls. If you do not spell it out or come to an agreement then do not be mad when you don't get her Cola (ass) Some laces like SOlid Gold in Recoletta will jump on you the moment you talk to a girl. They will bug you within 20 seconds to buy a drink. I refuse to go there because of this. I will be in BS AS on the 22nd of October to the 30th. If you want to meet during the day to talk more about it let me know. All my family lives down there so my spanish is pretty good as well as knowing my way around. Hope this was helpful. I recently spent a week in Rio - had to return to Australia via LA via Wash DC via BA - so due to shitty flight scheduling found myself with 10hrs in BA airport - or 7hrs to tour BA.
Chose the latter - got some great advice from Exon123 and Daddy Rulz - thanks guys I really owe you.
I booked Ana Luna to pick me up from airport and deliver me to the various locations where I could experience the local delicacies - Ana was just fantastic - on time - very professional service - really great company - nothing was an effort at all.

I won't be there until the end of November / December. You said Black and Shampoo are higher prices but are the girls better looking? In Brazil, Centauras is more expensive, but the girls really aren't any better than the other clubs. They just have more girls overall. I dont mind paying 10 bucks to take the girl I want out of there, but to have to buy 2 or 3 drinks as an admission fee will get real expensive. I guess I have to wait and see. I just hope they are not as pushy as Tijuana.
One other thing, the list of clubs that Jackson has a check mark next to and x marks, do most of the guys here agree with the ratings. I know everyone has different tastes but can I safely avoid the clubs with an x mark and not have missed a thing.

Can someone explain something to me. In the post from the clubs section, someone says the girls were told by mgmt that they couldnt charge gringos less than 300 pesos for sex. Overall, the women of Black are some of the best, when it comes to clubs, and Shampoo depends on who you ask. Opinions vary and change. Those clubs with the x mark you can skip and you won't miss a thing. In every club you will find a diAMOND in the Muff for the most part. Every monger has likes and dislikes and so each club will have probably what you are looking for. Take the time to read the chica reviews for all the different services websites, massage parlors, private apts, and clubs. Once again if you see something you like, JUST DO IT! What out for gringo prices
One other thing. I don't think the girls give the club kickbacks but maybe they don't want the girls underselling themselves which in turn will drop there prices and eventually the girls will find greener pastures. Can you tell me if you heard of these and if they are girl friendly with no extra charges. You may run into some problems depending on your taste. Girls in Black started at 200 for me but I could get them down to maybe 150 usd. That was in May so they may all be asking for 200 USD nowadays. The upside is that they are by far the best looking girls and worth a splurge to me once a trip. I also had no problem with bad attitudes in Blacks. Both girls I had were very nice and comprable to any lower end girl as far as service went.
The better looking girls in Recoleta were all asking me for 100usd (approx 300 pesos) and would not go that much lower. If you go for the average girls in there 200 pesos is a normal price. Affaire also had some pretty girls and cost about 200 pesos. To me it had the best cost / benefit ratio of any club in Recoleta.
150 pesos is good enough in the triangle and cafes from what I have read, but the girls there are not really good looking in my opinion. I also only visit for a short time and don't feel like wasting my time running around from club to club trying to find the diamond in the rough so I just go to Recoleta where I know there will be good looking girls.

Anyone been there. Its listed as 4 stars for 38 bucks. It says its 14 miles northwest from buenes aires. Republica 347, Catamarca, argentina. How far is this from the action. I'm sure there is a reason why a 4 star is only 38 bucks.

This hotel is a bit far from the action. OK, it is well over 1000 kilometers
from the action, since it is in the province of Catamarca, in northern Argentina. I have not been to Catamarca, which borders Tucumán province, which I visited recently.
So, it would be about a $10,000 peso cab ride to Black or Madaho's from there. Might want to look elsewhere. Or go there and check it out. Northern Argentina is beautiful and Nov/Dec would be a good time to visit. I'm sure there are hookers in Catamarca and it looks like a nice hotel. I'd say it would be about 22 hours by bus, and that would probably cost roughly 100 pesos each way.

For the 2 top clubs in Recoleta (Black and Madahos) If you do not speak a word of spanish girls will start at us$100- 150-200
Based on experience at Black a normal price should be between 200 and 300P. At Madahos 200P will do after negociations (do not forget that you need to add a bar fine of 60P. For me Black and Madahos are nice to have a drink and look at the scene but bad and expensive for sex (there are in fact very few reviews / post on this 2 clubs on the 2 local boards)
Basically the best girls are on internet (areavip is the best site to start with where the best girls charge you between 200 and 300P.
I can highly recommend Heidi for 250P, the best pro in BA and Nancy for 200P.
As far as the clubs are concerned, if you are a "night man", I highly recommend Dolly's and Envidia both in Flores (12P taxi from Recoleta) go there on Thursday and Friday, there is always a good selection of ladies (20 to 30) 30 minutes sex for 70P (fixed price set by the house so no need for negotiation) and no need for Spanish. 30% of the girl are as good looking as the Black / madahos girls even though their clothes might not be as trendy. The only downside is the quality of the rooms but you can always go in a "telo" for 20-30P.
Final thought, there is currently a great "inflation" for paid sex today in BA. Top internet girls who charged 150P a year ago charge today 250-300P. One, Evelyn from Areavip, is even charging 350P an unheard price a year ago.

Even if a girl got tested today, she could get something on the next date (possibly within minutes of her blodd test) and then pass it along. Argentina is not a bad first place to try out. Being a pasty white guy, I don't know if you would like Rio or BA better. I do know that Rio is a hot destination for black guys.
For Brazil, if you're a US citizen, you do need a visa that will be fairly expensive ($100-$175 depending on if you take it to the embassy yourself, or use a service) Also there is a fair amount of crime in Rio. You definitely have to watch your back there.
Silvina or Roxana will be happy to help you with your appointments. The thing I really liked about BA is that there is a good core of expats and visitors who are very helpful. Jackson's rental apartment is in a very good location for mongering, and you can find some tons of good suggestions by skimming the board.

As you can see, I'm not a frequent poster. But I figure I'll weigh in.
I was just down in Buenos Aires for the first time. I read the forum, did the research and then just played it by ear down there. It's really, really not that tough. Buenos Aires is a very easy city to get around - and if you have any questions just ask them when you are down there. Oh. And use Roxanne's services. She was very helpful.
I will impart one piece of advice. Don't expect to get money out of an ATM on Monday morning. It seems they generally get refilled after the weekend sometime during the day and I was unlucky enough to have to try 5 of them one day (it might have been after a long weekend) before I was able to get money.
Sooner or later, I'll give you guys a detailed report on my trip. I saw about 7 girls while I was there. All were Internet chicas, except for one from 1707. Of the girl's, 5 out of 7 were incredible. Prices paid ranged from $100 to $200 Pesos - and the best of the best was a $100 Peso girl. I chose the girls through research on this site, as well as a similar Spanish language site. The research definitely paid off. I visited Black's and Excedra, although I did not draw from either. Black's was toooooo expensive and the girl's in Excedra were a little too tired looking for me. I also visited another apartment on Sante Fe, but had no problem leaving because the girls didn't appeal to me.
Anyways, just don't be afraid to go down there and figure things out while you are there. As to girls, for a newbie, Roxanne will set everything up, including how much you have to pay. It's real easy. Also, if you have the chance, try and learn a little Spanish before you go down. Pimsleur and Rosetta Stone both have beginners Spanish lessons. That's all I needed.

But I won't tell him where a dry cleaner is in Palermo Viejo and how much they charge to clean a suit and if it is too much money, how much just to press the pants and what kind of hangars do they use. And how long does it take to get the suit done. I could care less.

I arrived in Ba about 2pm instead of 9am, as was the plan. American Airlines screwed me up again with their constant fucking delays.checked into my apartment in PV for 250 us per week.Great deal.since I didnt want to go to sleep and wake up at 2 in the morning, I decided to just stay up and do the 35 hours with no sleep and go to bed about 4 or 5am. I went to Paris cambio and recieved 2.95. Had a haircut for 15 pesos, and ate some great seafood around the corner. The subway system is pretty great and made things much easier. About 9pm I went to Cafe Excedra and took a look. I wasn't very happy. These girls would make hugh hefner turn gay. I then walked over to Cafe Orleans and it was more of the same thing. The girls were skanks. The cafe places were very nice and upscale but the girls werent to my liking. I walked a little more and a barker told me to check out his club for free. I said sure. It was the club across from a restaurant called "My House". There were about 5 girls there and only one was hot. She was about 5'9 with a body that killed. I spoke to her on the sofa and found out she gets off at 2. I made plans with her to to meet at a cafe for 150 pesos when she was off. I know the odds of these girls standing you up are pretty high but I wasnt paying this place an hourly rate in drinks. I then checked out Cattos, Hook, Madahos, Solid Gold, and a place called Sims. All clubs let me look for free. Sims had a show with girls stripping so I decided to pay the 40 pesos and hang out there. The other clubs were kind of slow with no strippers. The clubs gave me the run down on how they work. They wanted me to pay about 50 or 60 pesos for every hour that I took the girl out. I don't do the hour thing at my apartment so at 3 hours I would be paying 180 pesos plus 150 pesos for the girl, throw in the entrance fee of 35 to 40 pesos, and these places are expensive. I didn't like the whole setup of all these places. I wish they would just make the money off the entrance fees and charge 5 dollars for all future drinks like Help. Anyway, the girls at Sims were pretty hot. I stayed there until 1:30 and didn't take any girls home. I walked over to the cafe and of course the girl didnt show up. I was pretty tired at this point so I wasn't too pissed. In summary, I found all the girls would go with me for 150 pesos but the bar fine would cost more than the girls. Tonight I check out Blacks and Affaire.
I don't know how can anyone come to BA and able to hold off more than four hours after landing in the land of plenty. You guys must have more will power than I do. In fact I don't even schedule any appointment on the first day since one can never sure the exact arrival time. I don't want to have to wait for the chica after I settle into the hotel. I have been to BA now 4 times between December 2002 and November 2004 and had fantastic times! But when I am there I seem to calm down and adjust to the fact that I can have amazing sex every day with whichever lady takes my fancy. I've been to BA 3 time in the last 2 years and the mongering I've done usually includes the Triangle, Newport, and the internet sites. Yes Newport. There are a few nice ones to be had for the 150-200 ARS range. I usually pay 200 for a 1 hour session, but I've found a few 150's that were just as good.

Well, even though I only completed 3 nights, I will make this the last report. This place sucks. I can't believe all the positive reports about this place. Someone said this place is better than Brazil. He must be out of his god damn mind. After the 3rd night, I saw every club. The only one with hot chicks is Madahos, Blacks and Sims. With their bullshit policy of paying girls per hour in drinks, its to goddamn expensive here. The rest of the girls are skanks at the other clubs. The cafe's are awful. As I said before, I'm not into the hour sessions at my apartment or internet girls. I don't want to use Roxanne, since I like to talk to the girls in person and see if I hit it off. The only good thing about this place is the safety, buying power for food and all things non-chicas, and the people are friendly. This place is a great place to bring a regular girl from the US or if you already have a regular girl here. The food is incredible and so so cheap. Besides girls, this is the cheapest place on the planet. I had pizza and a Flam dessert which were fucking incredible. The pizza cost me 6 bucks! And the Flam which is the best I ever had in my life was 1.50. Amazing how such a simple dish like pizza can taste so different and so much better in another country. America is really short changing us on the quality of pizza. Ive never had pizza in new york but I doubt it could be as good as here or brazil for the same price. Your report was no surprise, neither was the impression you had of BA. You must have posted 25 prior questions about BA that were progressively annoying and too finite (for example: What are 1 or 2 of the highest paying cambios in PV? Who the F*** knows) It was inevitable that you would not enjoy your trip because you needed to know too many specifics.
As you stated: The only good thing about this place is the safety, buying power for food and all things non-chicas, and the people are friendly. Damn man, the ladies are fine and the other aspects of BA are what makes this such a great place. You won't use internet chicas, you won't use Roxanne - a great resource for a first timer, you want three hour sessions for the one hour price, you want girls to meet you after work instead of before work when they can be more flexible with their prices, you go to the most expensive clubs in town and you do not check out any apartments where you have girls delivered for 100 pesos an hour! You come to a large metropolitan city and want the system to adjust to your terms and conditions. Remember you are competing with other mongers who may pay more or less. It is easier to pay a little more than the cheap clients and get what you want. Paying less against corporate types in Blacks and Madahos is chancy, but it can be done.
Enjoy Brazil which not safe, has about the same buying power for worse food and the people are ready to rob you everytime you walk out of your hotel.

The girls at Madahos were fine as hell but expensive. I never said there were no good looking girls there or in BA. They just all hang out at Blacks, Madahos and Sims. I actually went to Solid gold after Madahos and every girl there was a skank. Not only that, but after 5 minutes of talking with the least ugly girl in SG, the hostess says I have to buy her a 40 peso drink JUST TO FUCKING TALK! Are you kidding me. Joe: Madahos and Black are notorius for high prices because they cater to rich tourists and upscale Argentines. I have not been to Madahos in almost 2 years and have never been to Black, even though I have lived here for almost three years. If you want to negotiate in there you have to speak spanish. Argentine chicas have a seperate asking price for gringos.
My strong suggestion: go to Platynum.com, pick out a couple of girls and call Roxanne immediately. Highest price for internet chicas are 200 pesos an hour. Now, these same chicas will charge 150 to locals. Some of the girls will charge more to go to your apartment because they lose travel time! But their apartments are nicley appointed and comfortable. Steve, the board is full of stories about guys having their throats massaged in the clubs by girls who want their business. Personally I do not get into those publlic displays. Buying a drink first is a good sign that your are going to take the girl out. Buying a drink before the deal is struck is not something I recommend.
Get out of Recoleta, go to the triangle, Reconquista, and shop around. Go to Orleans and Excedra during the afternoons. Try a massage.

I just returned from my first trip to BA. I found it fantastic. Roxana is extremely helpful. She gave me a great tour and all sorts of great information. LOL! Joe - I'm on your bandwagon! I enjoy reading the forums here quite a bit. But traversing from my home in the US to my home in Cordoba, Argentina and typically passing through Buenos Aires and Brazil, I can say I've had enough experiences to personally wholeheartedly agree with you. But, I've come to my own conclusion that the glowing reviews I read about a lot of these places in BA might be from those not personally exposed to what you or I may have exposure to (or those looking for bargain basement deals) and hence why I am just as jaded as you are. I'm quite certain there are others that feel the same as you. Those would be the types that don't settle for mediocrity.
I'm an executive with a large US company (semi-retired, single and still a sprite 42)! So I don't typically settle for low budget anything and certainly don't travel half way across the world just to find a "deal" on well used women. I would rather pay what most posters here consider outrageous sums of money and stick with the members only clubs in the US. But the money aspect is nothing more than perspective. Outrageous to one is minimal to another.
Personally, I enjoy visiting some of the clubs in BA for their entertainment value. The culture is different, the girls different, the way of doing things a little different. Though I will tell you, it's amazing how far they will kiss your butt at the BA clubs if they already know you spend $$. It's pretty fun walking into one or two clubs with a couple of friends and them knowing you and immediately catoring to you with the best girls right away (even though their best girls may not be much to talk about - but bless their hearts for trying!). Cuts down on the "trolling".
I firmly believe that those that find frustration at the clubs in BA are those looking for "killer deals" (my friends and I call them "blue-light specials") or those that are already used to much better. In which case, it would be easy to be jaded. You have to remember that just as anything other business, the clubs you visited cator more towards the tourists who wouldn't know any different. Have you seen prices for the junk they sell at Telmo?
Why not try a different atmosphere. Try going to a club outside the city that cators to the locals. There are quite a few places outside the "tourist traps" where it doesn't cost much for a beer and a girl and you'll have a fun time playing some pool and then deciding if you want to take the girl out with NO PRESSURE (I wish I had the names for you, but if you speak spanish just ask a taxi driver). Since most these places cater to the locals, you don't hear much about them. Or try heading to Cordoba. You can find brothels there in the local paper and since it's not so tourist laden as BA is, the prices may be more to your liking. Or try Brazil, even Uruguay, where they are a little more relaxed. Personally, if I were a true "monger" I'd be enjoying Brazil more than Argentina. If you're in BA strictly for the mongering and nothing else, I would say you're in the wrong place if you're looking for top quality places and girls. While they might exist, they are few and in between. You might also find it less frustrating if you treat all this as an adventure. Kind of like sightseeing! LOL! You'll eventually find the ones that you like and don't like. But you just have to keep an open mind. Of course, if you're on a budget of some sort, maybe this may not be the best perspective. :)
Keep in mind that my perspective is different than most on here (from what I read). I wouldn't personally walk out of any of these clubs with a girl unless she was model quality (in my eyes) and caught my interest (in which case, they'd most likely be $$$ compared to the norm). I can count the girls I've left with at the clubs you mention on one hand. I tend to lean more towards the higher quality services (or private introduction services). I've also had very good limited success with Internet services Platynum and AreaVip.com. My perspective is that you get what you pay for though. I don't really look for the sex "quicky". I like hiring a girl for a nice outing / date and making an entire day or evening of the experience. What I've found in my experience is that the right high priced girls offer the following advantages:
They are more likely to take care of themselves since they have the means ($$$) to do so.
They are typically very well educated (I have taken them to fundraising and other functions and have never worried about having them make me look bad - and it's cool knowing I will be spending the night with them when we get home)
They typically dress immaculately and look stunning.
They make excellent travel companions and I've never had a dull moment.
They have less mileage because the average joe can't afford them.

I have tried Brazil. About 6 times. Thats why I'm jaded. I just came here because the exchange rate in Brazil is in the toilet. Looks like I will be back in Brazil. The problem with this place is there is a direct correlation between looks and price. Not so much in Brazil. Never been to Uruguay. Care to elaborate.
If you go to Uruguay (Montevideo) get the local paper. I think it was called El Pais. Check the massage section for some give addresses and brush up on the spanish then go visit them. The rates there are around $150-$200 pesos for the hour. I believe there is a university nearby or something because the couple of massage places I went to had nice looking younger girls working there and they were all very friendly.
I went to a couple of clubs last time I was there (a couple of years ago) and they are the same as the clubs in BA. Since Montevideo is so close to Argentina, you will see parallels and probably have the same frustrations.
Like in BA, they also have whiskerias there as well. Some of these places are run down but a couple aren't so bad. I like to have a little fun and "rent" a girl and play pool and get to know her a little before I decide to take her out or not. At least I have fun if I decide to just leave.
By the way, some of the brothels in Cordoba charge you a very low minimum, and you can visit with the girl that you choose over a coke or coffee in the establishment. The hourly rate doesn't apply until you actually take her to a room. This way if you don't like the girl you can choose another until you find one you want to take into a room.
I only recently found this forun (as you can see by my post count) so I never kept the names of these places in mind for sharing with others, but I can tell you one of these bothels in only a few blocks from the main Post Office on Colon. Don't get me wrong, madahos has the finest girls in buenes aires that I saw. No place comes close. Way better than blacks by far. Its just a shame the way things are run. Anyway, it's ok, I won't complain anymore. I'm leaving tonight so its all good. No more "un beber para mi- no podemos hablar hasta tu compras me un beber". Stowe, aren´t you paying the same for chica drinks as everyone else? I actually talked a girl down to 200 pesos tonight but she said after 5 when she gets off and than kept wanting me to buy her drinks so I just said the hell with it. Its going to end up costing me 125 to 150 a girl with all the drinks.

I always take all reports with a grain of salt.
However MoonDog when he use to post on a regular basis is an excellent source of information and I have found his post not only about BsA but Brazil, specfically Sao Paulo very helpful.
In fact I don't think its even fair to compare Rio to BsA or Sao Paulo. I believe Sao Paulo and BsA are very much alike. You can't depend on Termas in either place like in Rio, you don't have the Copa and you don't have Help either. I would consider that makes it easier to find chicas in Rio for less money, but judging by some of the "stunners" posted by some people on ISG, there's better looking Mexican chicas here in Los Angeles and I prolly wouldn't have to pay for it.
Your tactics have to be different because of this, and since you were a newbie I would have at least contacted Roxanne. On top of that if you speak spanish so well, why not go to one of the apartments for a test drive? You could have gotten the local rate for Internet Chicas if you spoke well enough not to be detected.
Rio I think is slightly overrated now. You have too many tourist in the area and people like Mike in Brazil making Internet Porn there which will do nothing but bring down more desperate sex-starved tourist to the area. They will give ugly chicas more money thus driving the price up for regular mongers that visit and making the better looking chicas even more expensive.
I think if you review your tactics, you find you went 180 in the face of conventional wisdom in dealing with BsA and set yourself up for failure.

Obviously it depends on your tastes. I've been to all 3 in the last year, and I know what my favorite is.
Brazil has some very beautiful girls, but the rip off factor (sometimes the girls, but usually in the street / beach) is very high, primarily in Rio. When you factor in the hassle to get a visa (now mostly giving only 90 day visas) and the strong real it's not a big bargain.
Sao Paolo has some super beautiful girls, but the price can be dear. There are decent options in massage places where FS is included in the price. I actually got the nicest looking chica I've ever been with for about $50 for an hour.
BA also has a lot of inflation, although the Peso vs Dollar rate is stable. The food is excellent, transportation options cheap and plentiful, good selection of affordable chicas and is very monger friendly. You can still find a decent chica for 50 or 60 pesos for an hour in a privado, although not a stunner.
