Hello Gentlemen! I and my buddy are planning a return trip to BA in Jan. And are looking for a hotel. Does anyone recommend the Dazzler Libertad? Is it close to the pro houses? Chica friendly?

We were downtown last year and used Roxannas recs, so didnt get to the bars. At the risk of being ignorant, can you tell me what the "triangle' is?
