A little known trick, but if you have IE Explorer just right click anywhere on the background of a webpage you can't read and a drop down menu will apppear, an option near the bottom is translate this page into English. I am not exactly sure if this is a feature of Internet Explorer of Windows XP but you should give it a try and see if it works for you.
