Greeting everyone,
I was surprised to discover that we don't have a thread for translation websites, so here it is.
http://www.freetranslation.com/
This is a site that I've used for several years.
http://translation.paralink.com/
This is an interesting site in that it translates your original text into the destination language and then re-translates it back to your original language. This is a great way to check that your not using too much slang, or that your're not using the secondary meaning of a word that is being translated into the primary meaning, etc.
For example: "I gave her a big tip", which translates into "I gave her a big point", because the first meaning of the word "tip" is "point".
BTW, the better word here for translation purposes is "gratuity", because "gratuity" translates to "propina", which is the meaning that you wanted.
Thanks,
Jackson
