Anden.
Corner of Santa Fe and Arevalo.
Palermo Viejo.
This place, which is a cafe / restaurant, is located at the Ministro Carranza train and subway stations (linea D) hence the name, which means platform in castellano. Very good pizza and american style breakfest, and they actually make a damn good bife de lomo for not being a parrilla place. Also, the prices are cheap, as this place is frequently almost exclusively by locals, not surprising since it is in a residential area. I have been to this place over a hundred times because it is a block and a half from a house I used to live in. An added bonus is that there is some serious eyecandy working as waitresses here. Around lunch time during the week this place is absolutely jammed.
