There were two misunderstandings made here about how the system works here in BA by the poster. I can see from what happened that it was understandable and as a result want to clear up a few things for future visitors. When you use Roxanne or any other girl finding / translation service you pay a fee to find a girl that meets your specifications. What you may not realize is that, first of all, these services for the most part do not have her own roster of private girls that are exclusively contracting with them. They are not pimps. What they do is keep a record of what customers contracted the services of which girl and their relative levels of satisfaction (which is highly subjective) You have to realize that Roxanne is basically just calling girls in apartments, on the Internet, or with club affiliations that, if you spoke Spanish, you could call yourself. Why am I saying all of this? For this reason. In BA it is smart to pay a provider after the session if she is unknown to you and if you found her in a strip club, boliche (disco) cafe, or on the street. What gets a little bit slippery is that in apartments it is customary to pay up front with no refund gauranteed unless you refuse service entirely. This is complicated because many of the girls listed on Internet sites work in apartments. The situation could be that the girl listed is the most popular girl at a particular apartment and she is advertising on the Internet to bring more business there but it could also be that she works in the apartment during the day and sets up dates from the website after she finishes working at the apartment on her own time. Since you were in an apartment the proper protocol would have been to pay in advance. What confused you was that you had this middle man (Roxanne) in the mix and that made it seem to you as if you were independantly contracting this chica.

For newbies, the way to avoid problems is to understand why you need to pay afterwards and be able to explain this to a chica because if a girl is working for an apartment during the day and you order her as "take-out" she might have an "apartment girl" mentality and expect to be paid up front. If you find yourself in an apartment and there is a problem either with the place or the chica you have to make a judgement call.
