Anyone know of place here in BA?The few Vietnamese restaurants that I know (Sudestada and Green Bamboo) don't seem to offer such kind of dish.

Try the Chinese neighborhood (Mendoza St and Arribeņos St. Or closeby) Many restaurants cater to different Oriental specialities, so you may find something there.
