Los Galgos is a large highrise luxury apartment building on the north-west corner of Callao and Juncal. Next to the apartment building's pool and tennis courts is a one story restaurant connected to the highrise building. The current restaurant is an upscale tendor libre--nice furnishing and very good food.
We ate off of the fixed price lunch specials--three courses for 22 pesos to 28 pesos depending on the menu. WE ate too late 14:45 to have the tenedor libre buffet. My ojo de biefe was great meat, well cooked and about 350 grams. The salad was great---red and ripe tomatoes not available everywhere, especially the disco supermarket.
Good service. Located a few blocks from the Grants on Las Heras near Callao. I'll go back again to check out the buffet. This place is worth exploring.
