But if it's the one right next to the Obilisco make sure you get a room off the street.

Have stayed there and no problem with chicas, have had room to the big avenida. No problems, but if you are on that side of the big avenida (no microcentro) my recommendation is Benco apart hotel (Plaza Congreso)

Formal "Hipolyto Origien" 1534.

2 bedroom flat (per dia) cheaper and a lot better than the hotel.
