Today the news team stated that Argentinian plastic surgeons averaged 100 breast implants per day in 2008.
I guess they mean 100 pairs!
Anyway, 70% of the woman are aged 20 to 30 and the vast majority are paying for the surgery themselves.
The study did not mention what percentage could be tourist's tits.
I personally prefer a woman from the waist down so who cares!
