Does anybody have experience of selling property in BA and then getting the money out of the country?

Yes,

It's not that hard at all. You just have to pay the taxes on any gains you made from the sale of the property. You have to get a special number from the AFIP called a COTI when selling your property as well now.

I can go on, but it's best if you talk to a realtor.
