A one bedroom unit on a quiet street would be ideal.

Does not have to pro friendly as I have a girlfriend.

For multiple months, you might be able to negociate a discount over the posted prices. This company has more of a north american style and no one will hang up the phone if you negociate--don't offer 50% discount like exxon--that's not reasonable by anyone's standards.
