Hey I am at the maksoud, can any one recommend bars for Saturday night to meet some woman, not necessarily pors? How safe?

I would recommend the ECCO bar / restaurant down in Moema. It's excellent if you'd like to dine in there too, girls are really goodlooking and up for it and there is a fresh, vibrant atmosphere. There you'll find all kinds of styles and vibes, as well as actresses, TV presenters, musicians, athletes etc and some of the girls are / were Brazilian Playboy centerfolds.they've got an agreement with the manager too.
