This place is not a secret but has no thread. It's the resto / cafe just a few doors down from Exedra. Outdoor seating, and some of the old standby gatos from the Exedra days are hanging out there. Mostly maduras from what I've seen. I doubt its going to be much of a place to score a chica, but it could serve as a meeting place at night for mongers to chew the fat.
I was there this afternoon, and that crazy cokehead / boozer Brazilian chica, whose been working for so many years, was downing a big bottle of beer outside. I forget her name. She's super thin and barely had enough waist to hold up her jeans. She used to be pretty attractive, but the years are not being kind.
