There is one club that I know of on Elflein near Villegas that goes by the name of Plays, or something like that. I think the name has changed 5 times in the past 5 years. There's graffiti on the front wall and no windows. It's doesn't open until 12:30 or 1:00 am. It's still in a tourist area, so you're safe, but keep an eye out just the same. Last time I was there is was chock full of 3's and 4's.

If you're young and / or have some game, try hitting up the little pubs around the golden triangle of Belgrano / Juan Jose Paso /20 de Febrero. Right now is the middle of a fairly strong ski season, and there's plenty of après-ski activity. However, Bariloche is definitely a BYOP city.
