Anybody want to meet up and maybe watch one of the football games today?From my experience staying at a nearby hotel the football games with their associated chanting, yelling and shouting continue into the street at around 3 am Waking the whole street up. Why are cops helpless to do anything? Hmmm!! I wonder!

It does not have to be a football game or any game.

I stayed three blocks away and they walk down Uruguay signing or just making noise.

Who cares if people want to sleep.

But, of course weekends are the worst.
