AdminI am going to meet with Megamuerte for a Green Tea somewhere and talk shop so I don't think he felt any intentional offense.

He sent me a very cordial PM.

I post so many things all the time that I can't even remember what could have been considered argumentative or offensive.

For that type of post we have 2 guys in particular that shall remain nameless although their screen names are Perfect .

Wouldn't it be nice if we had our own little resto-bar , American Style , multi-leveled, turn key multi use space ?

Something for our age group and financial levels . Maybe 25 to 65 age group .

1st. Floor a public bar , 2nd. Floor a private members only section and the 3rd. Level a champagne type room.

BA is the 4th largest city in the world so there must be places like that but I want it to be for the AP type guys.

I am not in any way trying to copy either of the well known places that Jackson and the other good guys are running and building.

What if it already had a fully paid and legalized S.R.L ? Save about $60k worth of Argentine Toilet Paper right off the top.

What if it had a fully legalized and freshly issued Habilitacion? Knock another $6500.00 Off.

What if it was registered as a Private residence and not as a business? You can DANCE your ass off all night. No permit required.

And what if it could pay for itself in 3 to 5 months?

And last but not a trivial matter, what if it had a FRESH 3 year Lease? And 400 sq.mt. Of "Garden" space out of plain sight and a primo hot tub location.

And if it Even had Ultra Private party rooms that you rent by the hour ? Large comfortable sofa and a coffee table?

Not a Hooker bar unless you bring your own. Normal drink pricing and identical drink pricing; regardless of the person's gender.
