Small Pox Scars

I have noticed a lot of Argentine women have scars from the small pox vaccinations. It is a dent or crater in their upper arm. Do people still get vaccinated for small pox in Argentina or did this cease at some point? I have seen older Americans with this same scar on their upper arm, but the vaccination must have been ceased much sooner in the United States (late 1970's) because you will not see it on an American woman of the same age.

I have not noticed SP scars on upper arm of chicas. Can't seem to stop staring at their great asses and big tits. Merry Xmas.
