The locals who are internet savvy are probably (almost certainly) paying more than the average local. I was introduced to this chica by a local and he told me to pay her 150 and price was never discussed between us. I gave her 150 and she stuck it in her purse without comment. It was very close to the end of the month so that might have favorably affected pricing. But I don't know shit and Bad Man knows everything, so maybe go with his opinion.
