In early January i spent a short time in BA. My thoughts. The night scene is much slower than in the past. I went to cafe X a few times, there are no longer 20 chicas standing by the windows (they have not been allowed inside for years). There are 3 or 4 cops standing by windows that keep the girls moving. The girls are more spread out there were still 15 or 20 in the area, but not in large groups. Every 10 minutes or so girls would walk by the outside tables, so every few minutes different girls would be walking by. They are hanging out with in a 100 yards of X, down Codoba and along Ave 9.
